Machine takes money and does nothing, calling the phone number was automatic and says to email with winnings or problems. This was a total waste of time and money, not worth it and I hope this review saves others from pointlessness

I was supposed to receive a pair of headphones, undetermined what kind, instead I got a $360 Best Buy gift card (I assume the cost of the headphones?).

I’m pretty skeptical of winning prizes like these but I’m glad my boyfriend decided he wanted to! They replied to the email and got our prize sent in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend 👍

Won an Apple Watch in the Midland MI mall! I have to admit I was struggling with the win and my 8 year old Grandson came in and saved the day! He was so happy he won his Grandma an Apple Watch! Thank you Sanko - I’m proud to wear this awesome prize!!!

I won a prize in a claw machine from the Saginaw Mall. Turned out to be a gift card to Best Buy for $180! I called to redeem my prize and about 2 weeks later, received the gift card in the mail. Very easy and quick to redeem the prize and everyone I talked to on the phone was very kind and helpful. Great experience overall.
